Appointments may only be requested for Telehealth, Occupational Health (DOT/CDL or Firefighter Physical), or to qualify for the Medical Marijuana Program.

If you would like to visit our office for any other medical reason, we only accept walk-ins. Appointments are NOT required for urgent care visits, sports or work physicals, PPD or DMV vision screens.
